Cancellation, Returns and Refund Policy

Cancellation

Once your order has been placed we cannot cancel it or make any changes.  If you have received your order please see our returns process. You have a statutory ‘cooling-off’ right which entitles you to cancel your order within 14 working days of receipt of the goods in your order (certain exceptions apply). If you wish to exercise you statutory right to cancel, you must notify us in writing within the statutory period.  You should return goods to us in their original packaging, wherever possible, as soon as possible after informing us of your wish to cancel.

Returns

The Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations give you 14 calendar days from the date you received your complete order to notify us of items you are not completely happy with. Once notified, all items should be received at My Health Shop within 30 days from the date of delivery for this condition to apply.  Orders cancelled under these Regulations are entitled to a refund of any standard postage paid for the delivery of your order, but you are responsible for any postage incurred in returning the items you wish to cancel, to us.

Items must be returned in the condition you received them, which includes keeping any hygiene seals in place. You will lose your right to return an item if you unseal a product that needs to be sealed for health or hygiene reasons.

To process returning goods, we require you to supply details of your order number, name, date of order and goods return authorisation number, which is provided by customer services.  Unfortunately, we aren't able to exchange items.

A refund will be processed as soon as we have received the item into our returns department.  We will credit the account you used to pay for your order. Please allow up to 14 days for this credit to appear on your account.

We recommend that items are returned via a Recorded Delivery service as we do not accept responsibility for items lost in the post. It is your responsibility to ensure the goods are adequately packaged to ensure that they are not damaged during return transit.

Please ensure that your package contains your completed returns form. A returns form will be sent to you when you notify us of your wish to return items.

Please note that, once opened and or used, products cannot be returned to us unless the product is faulty or broken. In addition products of a medicinal, cosmetic or personal nature cannot be returned due to reasons of hygiene. All returns are evaluated before being processed.  Faulty items will be accepted up to the manufacturer's warranty terms. This does not affect your statutory rights.
